Fixed for Gtk3-NoCSD
This really doesn't follow any guidelines. So, it was pretty ugly in nocsd. Fixed it now. Also, the tile will now be displayed correctly everywhere.

Ok, I accidentally broke regular Gtk3 support... Now, it's fixed for real and also checks if the session is a Wayland session, in which case, KWin does not render an SSD anyway. Weird right?
